IT consultancy services cover areas of systems repair, installation and maintenance that are not supported by our funding streams. These services operate on a fee for service basis.

We have experience in software and configurations used in the General Practice environment.

Examples of services where a charge applies are:

  • Phone help desk support. Please note that the license fees you pay each year for your software is in part to cover phone support from the software company - please call them first. If needed they may suggest contacting your IT contractor for further assistance
  • IT systems installation
  • IT maintenance tasks
  • Disaster recovery and backup testing
  • Computer or peripheral repairs
  • Cleaning up virus damage or systems reinstallation
